Our vision

Kath and Neil founded Bridge the Gap during the Covid-19 pandemic, driven by a shared vision to support isolated young people aged 16+ with SEND who couldn’t access even specialist settings.
Conversations with professionals and families revealed a clear gap in post-16 provision, leaving many with complex needs unsupported.
We set out to change that by offering tailored, specialist placements. We believe every young person deserves the chance to contribute to society, and with the right support at the right time, we believe they can.
